Ethan Marcotte now blogs at Unstoppable Robot Ninja.

Weblog entry:

An Event Apart slides are online

I just wrapped up my presentation at An Event Apart Boston. If you’d like to check out the ol’ slides (sans an hour of Ethan’s especial brand of stuttering), they’re now available online.

There’s more I could say about speaking at AEA, but fatigue and post-talk jitters would probably make the sentiment read like it was typed with my fists. Suffice it to say that I was damned humbled to be asked to speak, and I still am. It was one of the more enjoyable speaking experiences I’ve ever had, thanks in no small part to Jeffrey, Eric, Jason, Toby, Marci, and the rest of the Happycog crew. They rock with the force of a thousand suns.

Or something. Did I mention I need sleep?

Oh, and here’s a handy little tip: using the phrase “short bus browsers” when you’re speaking in front of about five hundred people probably isn’t, like, smart. Just in case you were wondering.

Knowing is half the battle.
