The skies had been pouring rain down in sheets for part of the afternoon; many took cover in the Logans' house, others of us stood out in the warm summer rain to bask in the ludicrous primality of the whole thing (I mean, a pig roast out in a rainstorm? You gotta dig that a little bit). Once the storms stopped, we all came up to look at the rainbow arcing across the sky.
